Questions to use when reviewing these decks

Define the model before comparing decks: banking tools, payments and insurance have different economics. Keep processed volume separate from revenue. Show the customer journey and cost of serving it.

To compare the business model with a related sector, read 38 Best Payments Startups Pitch Deck. For another perspective on evidence and adoption, see 7 Best InsurTech Startup Pitch Decks.

A FinTech pitch must make a complex money flow understandable. Who is the customer, who holds the funds, who carries the risk, and what revenue remains after costs? Use this archive to compare payments, financial software, insurance and consumer-finance narratives.

About this archive: Company summaries describe the historical examples collected here, not current operating status. Decks are hosted by third parties. A deck may show targets or company claims rather than independently verified results. Funding figures are included below only where a dated supporting source is linked; no claim is made that a particular deck secured a round.

What founders can learn

Draw the money flow before sizing the market

Map the customer, regulated partners and your product. Then explain how money moves and how the business earns revenue. Transaction volume, assets managed and company revenue measure different things.

Show revenue quality alongside growth

Separate gross processing volume from net revenue, and disclose the costs needed to deliver the service. Present active customers, cohort retention and concentration rather than relying only on registered accounts.

Make operating dependencies explicit

Explain which capabilities depend on banking, payment or insurance partners and what happens if a partner changes terms. State the markets in which the business actually operates rather than presenting expansion ambitions as existing coverage.

Match the ask to the next evidence milestone

Link capital to a measurable result such as a working integration, better retention or a repeatable acquisition channel. A later funding announcement provides context, but does not prove that a particular archived deck caused that investment.
