On May 22, 2026, we joined Caucasus University for the Campus Founder Discovery & Ideathon Sprint and signed a Memorandum of Understanding to support longer-term collaboration.
The sprint followed online sessions covering problem identification, idea validation, minimum viable products, teamwork, and the early stages of building a company. University representatives, Axel angel investors, and international mentors from 2080 Ventures supported students as they developed and presented their startup ideas.
2080 awarded a cash prize to the winning team. Participants who completed both the online sessions and the ideathon received completion certificates.
The MOU creates a foundation for connecting Caucasus University students with international mentors, startup programs, and global innovation networks. It builds on our wider campus work in Georgia, including sessions with Business and Technology University and the University of Georgia.
